The delivery fee for our canvas bell tent packages is £2 per mile traveled from Macclesfield, Cheshire, one way. The delivery fee for our marquee cinema packages is £3 per mile traveled, one way.

The 50% deposit must be paid within 24 hours of us sending out your invoice. This confirms your booking. The final payment for your order including any additional charges for upgrades or delivery will be due 1 week before our set up date

The seating packages are listed to give you an idea of what’s included, if you would like more bean bags, or to swap them for directors’ chairs, airbeds, or a Chesterfield sofa, this will all be arranged once we contact you! We have many extras and alternatives to make it truly bespoke!

We will do all the work for you. Once you have booked we will be in contact to arrange the dates for your setup and takedown. In the week running up to your hire dates, we will be in contact again to confirm the exact timings for delivery and setup

Depending on what’s included in your package we will take between 1 and 3 hours to get everything set up; and tested. We will also have a quick walk-through of the equipment with you so you’re happy with how to use it.

What about internet access?

Depending on the device you choose, you'll need a fairly strong Wi-Fi connection in your garden, in the location where we'll set up the tent.

Alternatively, we can supply a CAT6 weatherproof internet cable to run from your router to your device in the tent or your garden.

Unfortunately our bell tent cinema packages can only be pitched on grass. However if you are ordering a marquee cinema package, these can be pitched on alternative surfaces to grass. You will need to let us know in the enquiry form that your surface is not grass so we can add additional water weights to your order (£100). It is required that we have access to an outside tap within 50 metres of where the structure is placed in your garden.
