What’s involved.

We are recruiting for the 2019 summer season. We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and physically fit crew members to join our team over the summer at a broad range of music festivals and events.

Do you enjoy working outdoors in all conditions with other peeps, to tight deadlines? Work is fast paced and physical whilst enjoyable and rewarding with a lively team.

Crewing involves boutique campsite build, dressing and furnishing tents and breakdown either side of live event dates. More often than not, crews remain on site with a crew festival ticket and therefore have the opportunity to make the most of the weekend.

There is the opportunity to work on a number of festivals travelling between shows, with potential for progression in responsibility and pay.

This is a great entry level role for individuals interested in moving into live events or event management or indeed those at university or on a gap year who like music festivals.

No experience at putting up tents is necessary, just a good sense of humour, a strong work ethic and get on with it attitude.
